CAPCHP
The Community Action for Prenatal and Child Health Program (CAPCHP) provides funding to community groups to promote the health of pregnant people, infants and young children (ages 0–6) and their parents or caregivers.
The program aims to support families facing the greatest health equity barriers in their communities.
Our Baby’s Day program is offered through CAPCH. Program activities empower and build family resilience with the aim to improve the health and well-being of pre & post-natal mothers and their infants; and to strengthen parental and family capacity in the early years.
